Lou's passion is working with buyers. Having been born in Alexandria in 1955, Lou is an
original Northern Virginian. "The last bus left in 1976, and I missed it" is Lou's answer to how
he has remained in the area so long. Starting his working life as a master cabinet maker and
carpenter in high end residential remodeling, Lou knows sticks and bricks. Lou brings all of
his experience and knowledge of how homes are built to every client. When you have Lou
representing your intrest in purchasing a home, you get his trademark "aggressive
representation". Lou will research every aspect of a potential property down to the zoning
master plan to assure his clients are getting what they expect and no surprises during or after
settlement. Lou holds an Associate Brokers license and has worked as an Exclusive Buyers

Family: Married to Erick and we two teenage daughters Page and Erin
Patty's position on the team is to run the office and keep things moving in a forward direction. She is not a Realtor. Patty is a mom, a wife and business partner. Now you know we have to be good, if we can work together day in and day out. How many husband and wives can do that? Helping you and your family find a home will be the easiest part of our day!
